Terms of Service
Simple terms, clear rules
By using Kittyledger AI, you agree to these terms. We keep it straightforward.
What is Kittyledger AI?
Kittyledger AI is a Telegram bot that extracts structured data from receipt photos using AI. You upload receipts, we extract the data, and you can export it to CSV.
Not affiliated with Telegram: We're an independent service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Telegram Inc.
Payments and credits
- •Payment method: Pay with USDC on Solana blockchain. We never store credit card information.
- •Credits are consumed on upload: Each receipt upload uses one credit, regardless of extraction success. This prevents abuse and covers our API costs.
- •No refunds: Credits cannot be refunded once purchased. If extraction fails, you can try uploading the same receipt again (it will use another credit).
- •Credits never expire: Use them whenever you need—no time limits.
- •Minimum top-up: $5 USDC per transaction.
Service availability
We strive for reliable service, but:
- •We aim for 99.9% uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service
- •Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to technical issues
- •API costs are non-refundable, even if service is temporarily unavailable
Not financial advice
This service provides receipt tracking and expense management tools. It does not provide:
- •Financial advice
- •Tax advice
- •Accounting advice
Consult a professional accountant or tax advisor for financial decisions and tax compliance.
Accuracy and limitations
- •AI accuracy: GPT-4 Vision achieves 95%+ accuracy for most receipts, but extraction may occasionally fail or be inaccurate. Always verify important data.
- •You can edit: Use the update command to correct any extraction errors after the fact.
- •Supported formats: Works best with clear, readable receipts. Blurry or low-quality photos may have lower accuracy.
Prohibited use
You may not:
- •Use the service for illegal activities
- •Attempt to abuse or overload the system
- •Upload malicious files or attempt to exploit security vulnerabilities
- •Reverse engineer or attempt to access our systems
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the bot or our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
